IR Infrared transmitter emission sensor module
IR Infrared transmitter emission sensor module
Infrared emitting tubes are also called infrared emitting
diodes and belong to the category of diodes. It can directly convert electrical
energy into near infrared
Light (invisible light) and radiating light emitting
devices, mainly used in various photoelectric switches and remote control
transmitter circuits. The structure and principle of the infrared emission tube
are similar to ordinary light-emitting diodes, but the semiconductor materials
used are different. Infrared light-emitting diodes usually use gallium arsenide
(GaAs), gallium arsenide aluminide (GaAlAs) and other materials, and use a
completely transparent or light blue, black resin package.
Emission distance, emission angle (15 degrees, 30 degrees,
45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 180 degrees), emitted light
intensity, wavelength. The above are physical parameters, and the electrical
performance parameters need to be understood: the commonly used diameters on
the market are 3mm, 5mm are low-power infrared emission tubes, and 8mm and 10mm
are medium-power and high-power emission tubes. Forward voltage of low-power
launch tube: 1.1-1.5V, current 20ma, medium power is forward voltage: 1.4-1.65V
50-100ma, high-power launch tube is forward voltage: 1.5-1.9V 200-350ma. Yuxing
Electronics Made 1-10W high-power infrared emission tube can be applied to
infrared surveillance lighting.
