TLP185GB-S Photo optocoupler Isolator SOP6 4 pins

Description

 TLP185 consist of a photo transistor optically coupled to gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode. The TLP185 photocoupler is housed in the very small and thin SO6 package. Since TLP185 is smaller than DIP package, it’s suitable for high-density surface mounting application such as programmable controllers.
