CCC6900SO-20 20A Single Chip HALL EFFECT Current IC SMD SOP8

Description: CC6900SO is a high-performance single-ended output linear current sensor that can be used as a more effective alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC) current detection solution and is widely used in industrial, consumer and communication equipment. CC6900 internally integrates a high-precision, low-noise linear Hall circuit and a low-impedance main current wire. When the sampling current flows through the main current wire, the magnetic field generated by it induces a corresponding electrical signal on the Hall circuit, and the voltage signal is output through the signal processing circuit, making the product easier to use. The linear Hall circuit is produced using an advanced BiCMOS process and includes a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, a Hall signal pre-amplifier, a high-precision Hall temperature compensation unit, an oscillator, a dynamic offset cancellation circuit and an amplifier output module. In the absence of a magnetic field, the static output is 50%VCC. Under the condition of a power supply voltage of 5V, OUT can change linearly with the magnetic field between 0.5~4.5V, and the linearity can reach 0.4%. The dynamic offset cancellation circuit integrated within the CC6900 makes the IC’s sensitivity unaffected by external pressure and IC packaging stress. CC6900 is available in SOP8 package and has an operating temperature range of -40~125°C.
