EA3036C 3-channel Power Management Chip PMIC QFN20

The EA3036C is a 3-channel power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for applications powered by a single Li-Ion battery or a 5V DC adapter. It integrates three synchronous buck converters, providing high-efficiency outputs suitable for both light and heavy load operations.​

Key Specifications:

  • Input Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V​

  • Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to Vin

  • Continuous Load Current: Each channel supports up to 1A, with a total output power consumption across all channels not exceeding 6W.

  • Switching Frequency: Fixed at 1.5MHz

  • Duty Cycle: Supports 100% duty cycle for low dropout operation

  • Shutdown Current: Less than 1µA
