The FT64E0A5-TRB is an enhanced 8-bit RISC microcontroller from Fremont Micro Devices (FMD), designed for cost-sensitive embedded applications requiring integrated analog, timing, PWM, communication, and control peripherals.

The device features up to 20 I/O pins, a 12-bit ADC, multiple PWM channels, SPI, I²C, and two USART interfaces, as well as an integrated operational amplifier. It supports operating voltages from approximately 1.9 V to 5.5 V and is housed in a compact TSSOP-20 package.
