MSPM0G3507SPMR – 32-bit Cortex-M0+ Mixed-Signal MCU

Key Features

  • CPU: 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ with Memory Protection Unit (MPU), up to 80 MHz core clock.

  • Memory: Up to 128 KB Flash (with ECC) + 32 KB SRAM (with hardware parity).

    • Two simultaneous-sampling 12-bit SAR ADCs — up to 4 Msps, with up to 17 external channels.

    • 14-bit effective resolution (250 ksps) using hardware averaging.

    • Two zero-drift / zero-crossover chopper OpAmps (OPA), with programmable gain up to 32×.
