Specifications
Power supply voltage: DC4.5-6V (micro USB connector)
Working current: less than 70mA
Discharge voltage: 1.00V-15.00V 0.01V resolution
Termination voltage range: 0.5-11.0V
Supported by current: 3.000A 0.001A resolution
Maximum voltage measurement error: 1% + 0.02V
Maximum current measurement error: 1.5%±0.008A
Maximum battery capacity range: 9999Ah (1Ah = 1000mAh).
The larger value is switched by moving the decimal point. When the display is less than 10Ah X.XXX,
it reaches 10Ah XX.XX as shown in the figure above, and so on.
Board size: 50mmX37mm
Finished product size: 50mmX37mmX17mm (length X width X height maximum position size, including copper foot height)
Note: When using the resistance in the discharge process, the resistance load will heat up seriously, please pay attention to safety!
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the circuit voltage, the DC bias is specially designed. When the terminal shows no voltage, the small voltage does not affect the actual measurement. If the short-circuit input terminal (absolute 0V) will display 0

Instructions
1. The battery under test should be fully charged first.
2. Connect the positive pole of the battery under test to the input positive pole, and the negative pole to the negative pole of the input, which cannot be reversed (reverse connection with load may damage the circuit)! Load is connected to the positive output and a negative output, the tester to work through micro USB power supply (not available desktop or laptop USB powered), this time explicitly shown the battery voltage.
3. To start the test directly, just press the “OK” button, the tester can automatically formulate a suitable termination voltage according to the full charge voltage of the battery, and will flash the display 3 times to start the test. You need to manually set the termination voltage. You only need to press the “+” or “-” button to modify the battery voltage display state . The termination voltage is displayed as P, followed by the voltage value with a resolution of 0.1V. After setting, press “OK” “start testing.
4. After the start of the test the tester is turned on the electronic switch controlled load, test data will discharge capacity (Ah), the electric discharge current flow between a substantially round (A) and battery voltage (V). When the battery voltage reaches a termination voltage is set, the tester load control switch off, which was shown in the data retention capacity (Ah) above and corresponding with the lamp blinks rapidly, the capacity of the display at this time is the actual discharge capacity of the battery amounts, by move about “OK” to terminate so that the data is stable flashing display, press the “OK” button again to restore power to just the state can replace the electrical battery test the next section ……
Error code and meaning
Err1: The battery voltage is higher than 15V
Err2: The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage
Err3: The battery cannot bear the load discharge current or the line internal resistance is too large
Err4: current is too large (current exceeds 3.1A)
Second calibration operation
Press and hold the three keys to power the tester, calibration mode, the calibration sample into the formal first displayed after the calibration frequency and recording the program explicitly shown 0u0A, this time after the short press of the positive and negative inputs “OK” button to complete the significant J10u 10.00V standard is applied between the positive and negative inputs to the press of the quasi-DC voltage is “OK” button, after displaying J2.0A, to the negative output (inflow direction) and the negative input (the outflow direction is applied a constant DC current 2.0A) Then press the “OK” button once to complete the calibration. The tester will pre-check the calibration data . If the calibration data is reliable, it will display 4 calibration numbers in turn and then exit. If the pre-audit believes that the data is not reliable, discard the data and exit.
