The BTA206X-800CT is a high-power planar passivated TRIAC in a fully isolated TO-220AB package. It is designed for general-purpose AC power switching and phase control applications, such as motor speed control, lamp dimming, heating control, and solid-state relays. The isolated tab provides electrical insulation, allowing direct heatsink mounting without an insulating pad.
