General Description

The CD4067BM is a CMOS 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer.
It allows one of sixteen analog or digital input/output lines to be connected to a common output/input line.
The channel selection is controlled by 4 binary address lines, and an enable pin allows easy control of the connection state.
It is ideal for analog signal routing, sensor selection, or data acquisition systems.

💡 How It Works

  • The 4-bit binary address inputs (D, C, B, A) select one of the 16 channels (Y0–Y15).

  • The selected channel is connected to the COM pin when EN = LOW.

  • When EN = HIGH, all channels are disconnected (high impedance).
