Description

The EG2133 is a three-phase independent half-bridge driver chip with the following specifications:

• High-side bootstrap power supply design, voltage up to 300V
• Integrated three independent half-bridge drivers
• Compatible with 5V and 3.3V input voltages
• Maximum frequency support up to 500kHz
• Low-end VCC voltage range: 4.5V-20V
• Output current capability: IO +1.2A/-1.4A
• Built-in dead-time control circuit
• Latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of high and low side transistors
• Input signal: HIN (high level active), LIN (low level active)
• Package: TSSOP20
