The XKT-202 Ultrasonic Atomizer Driver Bare PCB is a compact DIY circuit board designed for building a small ultrasonic mist generator, humidifier, or atomizer using the XKT-202 controller IC.
The board is designed to drive a 108 kHz piezoelectric atomizing transducer through an external resonant inductor and MOSFET switching stage. It also provides a water-level monitoring function through dedicated sensing points, allowing the circuit to stop the atomizer when water is insufficient.
The PCB includes footprints for the XKT-202 IC, MOSFET, resonant inductor, capacitors, resistors, piezoelectric transducer connections, power input, and water-level sensing electrodes.
This product is supplied as a bare PCB for DIY assembly. Components are not installed.

The exact component specifications should be selected according to the intended atomizer disc and operating conditions.
The XKT-202 generates the control signal required for ultrasonic atomization. The controller drives the AO3400A MOSFET switching stage, which works together with the resonant inductor and piezoelectric transducer to generate the ultrasonic excitation required for mist generation.
A dedicated sensing circuit is also provided for water-level monitoring. When the sensing conditions indicate insufficient water, the controller can stop the atomizer drive to help prevent dry operation.
The assembled board can be used for:
The bare PCB does not include:
All components must be sourced and soldered separately by the user.
This PCB is intended for users who want to build their own XKT-202 atomizer circuit.
The board provides clearly marked component footprints and connection points to simplify assembly. After populating the PCB with the required components, connect a suitable 5 V power source and compatible 108 kHz piezoelectric atomizer disc.
Always verify component values, polarity, MOSFET orientation, and the resonant inductor specification before powering the completed circuit.
