The EG2104 gate drive module PCB prepared for electric racing Motor car can drive a half-bridge. It uses a connector and is easier to replace. It can build buck, boost, buck-boost, single-phase inverter, three-phase inverter, and rectifier circuits and can be used in many circuits.

EG2104 is a cost-effective MOS tube and IGBT gate driver chip with SD function. It integrates logic signal input processing circuit, dead zone control circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit and output drive circuit. It is specially used for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers and power supply DCDC.

The high-end operating voltage of EG2104 can reach 600V, the low-end Vcc power supply voltage range is wide 2.8V～20V, and the static power consumption is less than 1uA. The chip input channel IN has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, and SD̅̅̅̅ has a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, which makes the upper and lower power MOS tubes in the off state when the input is suspended, and the output current capacity IO+/- 1/1.5A, using SOP8 package.
